Is tankless worth it in Arizona?
Often, if you're replacing anyway and staying put. Longer service life and endless hot water, more up front. The catch is maintenance: with our hard water it needs descaling every year or it won't reach that lifespan.
How often does a tankless need descaling here?

Can a tankless run a whole house?
