A full look at everything that matters.
Eight years old or eight months old, tank or tankless, gas or electric. If something is fixable we fix it. If it’s time to replace, we say so and walk you through the options without the pressure.

Water supply
Supply lines, valves and shut-offs. We check for pressure problems, corrosion, and anything that could cause trouble down the road.

A full flush and safety inspection to extend the life of the unit and catch early warning signs before the cold-shower morning.

Water quality
If you have a softener or a reverse osmosis system, we test both to make sure they're doing their job.

Exposed piping and valves
A visual check of every accessible pipe, valve and shut-off in the house.

Drains
Every drain checked for slow flow, leaks or a blockage that's building before it backs up on you.

How much does a plumbing inspection cost?
When you have a problem, the service call is $0 Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm, and the inspection is part of finding it. A standalone whole-home inspection is quoted when you call. The maintenance plan bundles one every year with the drain clearing and water heater flush; call for current plan pricing.
Can I sign up online?
Not yet. Call or text (480) 404-5226, tell us the age of your house and your water heater, and we'll walk you through what the plan covers and whether it makes sense for you.
Does the drain clearing cover everything?
The included clearing runs through a proper access point. Roof access, pulling a toilet, removing tubular drains and other non-standard access are quoted separately. If we restore flow, a camera inspection is included so you can see what we found.
What do I get after the visit?
A written summary of what we found and what we recommend, so you have a clear picture of your plumbing instead of "everything looks fine."
