General Plumbing Repair in Chandler & the East Valley

Not every plumbing problem fits a category. A toilet that won't stop running, a shutoff valve that's seized, a disposal that hums, a hose bib that cracked in the heat. We fix all of it, on a flat price you approve first, and we tell you when something's a five-minute fix.

When to call

Signs it's time for general plumbing.

Arizona homes take a beating. Hard water eats seals and cartridges, the heat cooks outdoor spigots and supply lines, and shifting soil moves pipe a little every season. The small parts fail more often than you'd expect.

Most of these are quick. The trick is fixing the cause and not just the symptom, so you're not calling again in six months.

  • A toilet that runs, or needs the handle jiggled
  • A faucet that drips no matter how tight you turn it
  • A shutoff valve or angle stop that won't turn
  • A garbage disposal that hums, leaks or seized
  • A hose bib dripping or spraying at the handle
  • Water pressure that's suddenly too high or too low

How we do it

Diagnose first. Quote in writing. Then the work.

  1. 01 //

    Call or book online

A few quick questions so we show up with the right parts. Same-week for most calls, same-day when it's urgent.

  2. 02 //

    Diagnose, then a flat price

We find the actual failure and give you one written number. No hourly meter, no add-ons unless you ask.

  3. 03 //

    Fix it right, clean up

Licensed, permitted where the city requires it, and the work area left the way we found it.

Your options

The options, and which one we’d pick.

Fixture repair

Faucets, toilets, showers and tubs: cartridges, fill valves, flappers, wax rings, diverters. Repair when the fixture is worth it.

Fixture replacement

When a faucet or toilet is past its prime, we install the new one and haul the old one.

Valves, lines and regulators

Shutoff valves, angle stops, supply lines, hose bibs and pressure regulators. Small parts that flood houses when they fail.

Our recommendation. If your main shutoff is stuck, fix that before anything else. It's the valve you'll need at 2am someday, and every older house in the Valley has one that won't turn.

What it costs

$963–$1,281

to replace a pressure regulator (PRV).

The middle half of what Yellowstone customers paid across 15 jobs in the last 12 months. Your exact price is written down and approved before any work starts.

We run general plumbing calls across Gilbert, Chandler and Mesa every week, plus Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Tempe and the rest of the East Valley. We’re based in Chandler at 2700 S Gilbert Rd Ste 5, so most of it is a short drive. See every city on the service areas page.

I own an older home, with older home problems. Matt came over and diagnosed the most important issues, without any upsale or pressure. He took the time to discuss things with no rush and then gave me an estimate that was a really fair! Mike came to do the work and he was awesome! He was super friendly and efficient and we are very impressed with the work and service as a whole. Yellowstone is definitely our new plumbing service and would highly recommend!!

We had an amazing experience with Yellowstone Plumbing & Drains on our outdoor kitchen project! From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, fast, reliable, and easy to work with. They made sure everything was done correctly, communicated clearly throughout the process, and paid close attention to every detail. Our outdoor kitchen turned out beautifully, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the work.

Do you charge a service call or diagnostic fee?

$0 to come out and look, Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm. You get a written price before anything starts, and if you say no, you owe nothing. After-hours is different. Ask when you call.

How much does a plumber cost in Arizona?

We quote a flat price per job, not by the hour, and you see it before we start. As one example, replacing a pressure regulator ran $963–$1,281 across 15 jobs in the last 12 months. The plumber cost guide has our real invoice ranges for common jobs.

My house has galvanized pipe. Should I repipe?

If you're seeing rust-colored water, low pressure and recurring leaks, probably. Galvanized has a finite life and most of it in Phoenix-area homes is past it. A repipe evaluation gives you an honest read.

Can you handle plumbing for a bathroom remodel?

Yes. Rough-in for remodels, fixture relocations, new supply and drain runs, permitted and inspected. We work with general contractors and owner-builders.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. 0% financing is available on qualifying work. Ask when you book.
